Whenever We materially change how the Application handles Your information, We keep the previous version here so You can see exactly what changed, rather than just being told a policy was "updated."
- Adds a City Road Data Requests section. The Application asks a server We run Ourselves for the road and street data of a city, naming only the city, state or province, and country. Normal requests are answered and not stored.
- Explains that this server keeps only error messages and suspected intrusion attempts. These log entries may include the IP address and the city that was requested.
- Updates the summary, Security, and Legal Disclosure sections to include the road data server.
- Added this Policy History page so future changes are easy to find and compare.
- Reset the "Last updated" date shown at the top of the policy.
Rewrote the Privacy Policy to describe Our actual data practices on the disclosure of subscription notification data. In short: the Application collects no Personal Data (no accounts, no name/email, no location or profile data sent to Us). This version:
- States plainly that the only information We ever receive is (1) anonymous crash/diagnostic analytics and (2) limited subscription transaction records — not general Personal Data.
- Adds Google Play alongside the Apple App Store as a source of subscription/purchase transaction notifications (transaction ID, product ID, price, renewal dates, storefront country, etc.), used only for revenue tracking and refund handling.
- Clarifies that iCloud sync is optional and off by default, and that You can export Your own exploration and profile data on-device.
- Adds explicit "We never sell Your information" language throughout.
- Removes legacy boilerplate about accounts, business transfers, and broad data-sharing that never applied to this Application.
